"First rate company. I met Troy (owner) a few years ago and they did some body work on two cars of mine. Troy has built an excellent company that values first quality work and excellent customer service. If you need body work done, from the smallest job to the most complex, take your cars/trucks to this company. You will not be disappointed."
"Took great care of my MDX after a deer hit - paint was great, great detail on it, moved quickly, great communication. And, had a small fix on something after picking up and they fixed it quick. What else is there to say? Awesome job!! Definitely recommend. (Before and after pix added)"
"I had a work van in the shop after being rear ended. They worked with the company on payment, since it was a bit and run it was not going on insurance. Parts were ordered and work began. Over all it was about 10 days and the truck was ready. It looked good and sealed up tight, no more wind noise, no leaks when it rained. I was very pleased. Ryan did a great job dealing with the company to get the payment arrangements made. The company can be difficult to work with."
"I dropped off my 2016 Mustang after I was rear ended. The rear bumper had the most damage and but the trunk was also no longer alligned. I picked up my car today and you can't tell it was ever damaged! Not only was all of the damage repaired, but the paint perfectly matches the rest of the car! I couldn't be happier!"
"Dropped my car off to fix right front damage to vehicle with no prior or current mechanical issues. The request was to fix the body damage. Spoke with Ryan a couple of times to check on the progress. Also went in twice before to pay for parts and to check on the status of the progress once they got started. 1) The final cost of the work increased and I was not told this until after it was done. 2) When I came to pick up the car on 8/25, I was told that they had to jump start the vehicle for some reason and that I may need to get a new battery. When I get into the car ABS and Brake and another warning light were illuminated on the dash. Also, one headlight was working and another was not. I asked why and Ryan said he doesn't know what's going on with that. I told him that these things had never occurred before and were not happening when I dropped the car off to them. I drove the car from Buford to Suwanee on the interstate with no warning lights coming on nor performance issues. In addition, I had just purchased the vehicle from CarMax in May. He then asked me if I had looked at a Car Fax before purchasing and that sometimes codes are purposefully cleared on cars. I told him that I had viewed a Car Fax and again restated there were no mechanical issues manifesting prior to leaving the car with them. He advised me to not to turn the car off and that I should get it checked. Unfortunately the gas tank was on Empty and I had to stop for gas. Needless to say the car would not crank back up. I called AAA to get a jumpstart and was told by the technician that something wasn't grounded properly or issues with the wiring. He suggested that I take the car back to Friendship because something wasn't right. That's what I did. After about 30 minutes of pleading my case along with my son and his father, Ryan agreed to take another look and that he would have a tech go through the electrical. I asked when did the warning lights come on? He didn't know. I asked had they done any type of analysis of check on the car before they started their work. He said yes. I asked to see it. He said he would go print it out, but came back with only a scan that he just did which came back with the following codes, " C1237-Speed Sensor Rotor Faulty, C1330 Open Circuit in Right Front Speed Sensor Circuit, EMPS U0129 Lost Communication with Brake System Control Module and CM problem- U0129 Lost Communication with Brake System Control Module" Is this even safe to drive. On 9/6 Ryan emailed to state that the technician found a bad fuse block which would cost me $282.96 (not including labor) and there was a bad wheel sensor. This was a preliminary discovery and there could possibly be more problems. At that point I made the choice to pick up the vehicle to try to get a different repair shop to look at it and see if anything would be covered in my warranty since Ryan is stating that the "faulty" wiring was preexisting. I asked him to put everything back as it was. I was given the car back with the "fuse block and covering removed completely" and the fuses exposed. I asked how is the car even running without the fuse block installed. He stated, I don't know. Oh another problem has surfaced with the car with a temperature warning light. Obviously the other codes were cleared by them. I'm very distressed over this whole situation and have no idea how much damage is there and how I'm going to pay for it. Again, no mechanical issues before dropping off. Car was just purchased a few months ago. Very disappointed."
