H&R Block

"Wow! I wanted to call to get questions asked from H & R Block about my taxes. Yes I was trying to explain to the guy the problem I was having with another tax company. The idea was to get his opinion whether or not he can assist me before I make the trip to come down. Well, the guy in the H & R office in Barnesville, was extremely rude. He told me he doesn't work for Turbo Tax that he works for the best tax company in the world and then he hung up the phone. So to you sir, it may be the best company, but it doesn't have the best customer service. I did tell him I will not only post this on my page, I will be forwarding this to "the best company in the world"."

"My experience was awesome my tax prepare was very polite an made sure things were done currently. The only issue I had was the referral process I referred several family members to the office and they had there taxes done there. I was told if I did referrals I would get a referral check however now I'm being told I have to use a code. Very unprofessional this should have been explained better. Now I am being told I will be given a discount when I file next year. Think I will pass and file my own taxes."
