"I had my BMW repair from here once. The front grill came loose so took it back to repair it. There is a young tall white male that told me that the grill broke because I opened the hood. Ridiculous. I got mad and I accelerated little too fast and made a very little tire noise. I went in to see the owner but he rush into my face and almost assaulted me. He later did replace it free. That is not the worst part. The front lights were glued on so when I tried to replace the bulb, everything within broke off. I didn't bother to go back. He probably will make some other excuse. The hood did not align also. This place is one the if not the worst body shop I have ever gone to. Make sure they properly check everything that's been repair while you are present. I would love to post my BMW with all the tapes I had to use to make it drivable but sold it for lose. Be very careful of that tall white male. The insurance agent and this guy were very friendly as if know each other well. As a result of this incident, I've changed my insurance company."
