"My daughters car was stolen june 8th. And was brought to rick case kia for repair. It has sat there for almost five months now. And we have not even gotten any response. I have reached out many time and will get somebody that says they are busy and will get back to me. It does not happen. I did get some text messages but nobody has called. They have some very bad customer service. I would understand maybe once or twice a missed call. But after nearly five months. One would think they would make an attempt to contact and give an estimate of time at least."
"I am disappointed. I had my car serviced today. I asked how much time it'll take, so I don't have to go back and forward. I've been told "2 hours. we'll call you". OK. I told "I'm waiting here" In an hour and half I saw my car on a parking lot. For the next 45 minutes nobody got close to it. I thought: "OK, maybe it is ready" and headed to the desc. It appeared that lady who was doing my papers was on lunch.????? My keys are on her desc. It means I would have wait till she gets back from her lunch! Another lady started to check something about my car, if I can leave, but suddenly she went out and started to serve another client. WHAT? When these clients where inside she continued with them. not even saying a word to me! So I had to ask someone else to finish it."
"My service experience was not as good as I hoped, given that I purchased my vehicle from them. I got a distinct feeling they didn't want my service business but they will sell me a car. They are no longer my preferred Kia service center."
"A year ago, after many years of excellent service, Rick Case Kia Service completed most of the needed work to my vehicle well, but fully botched a windshield molding replacement-- leaving the windshield cracked when it wasn't prior to service, and adding about a dozen dings to the body above the windshield that were also not there before. After writing a review, Chris Wells & Shane Hall from Rick Case graciously reached out to me and took my car back in for service within a couple days. They did as much as they could to fix the damages and replaced the windshield & molding at no additional charge. My thanks to them for making this right, as quickly as they could. HOWEVER, a year later and the repairs to the body damage done by the service center has resulted in rust spots. Being as Rick Case Kia doesn't do body work, I sought out a couple quotes for the rust repair service in hopes that they could hopefully meet me somewhere in the middle. The quotes ranged between $1800 to $3000 to fix the damages initially incurred by Rick Case Kia, more than I'd like to put into a vehicle that was in excellent condition prior to this. After trying numerous times to contact the new service manager, Joshua Bass, to see what, if anything, they could do and receiving silence in return, I sought out someone from the sales department. While initially seeming very amenable to my situation and thanking me profusely for my continued business in spite of recent events, Marvin Harvey informed me that the appraisal for my Kia Soul would be a paltry $2000, with no regard to the damage the service department had previously perpetrated. I do not recommend Rick Case Kia at this time."

I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and was greeted warmly and promptly checked in by Hunter. The drop off process was seamless and Hunter gave a thorough breakdown of the services I was receiving. The team worked quickly and once again, Hunter was thorough and courteous when I picked up my car. I would definitely recommend this service center and will gladly visit them again."
