Napoli's Pizza

"I went to Napolis Pizza with my boyfriend this afternoon because I had heard the tomato Basil soup was delicious. The soup was in fact delicious, however, that was just about the only good thing about this restaurant. I got a single slice of pizza, the soup, and some bruchetta to share. My boyfriend got the steak and cheese sandwich. The pizza and sandwich were bland, even the cheese was not very flavorful. The bruchetta was literally just some burnt toast with tomatoes and a little sprinkle of oregano. No feta or balsamic. We didn't take a single bite hoping they'd realize, even though the plating was pretty, it didn't seem like it had any flavor. I paid over $40 for this meal. It was not worth this. The waitress never refilled my drink and she was kind of rude even when I complimented her nails. She brought out the pizza slice first, then the sandwich and bruchetta (appetizer) then soup. I waited for my boyfriend to get his sandwich before I ate my pizza. My pizza was cold by the time he got his food. We were like the only customers there too. Saw the waitress chatting and laughing with a friend in the back the whole time. Restaurant was pretty on the inside though. Napolis? More like Na-poopys Edit: I have not been back since I left this comment. Soup is good, good atmosphere, and most other people seem nice. But, my server was goofing off the whole time and fr the food (other than the soup) is only okay. Papa johns is better. Sorry to the restaurant if my review hurt your feelings, that's not my goal, but the reviews section exists for a reason and I'm allowed to share my experience. Thank you"

"Mane the food is so amazing. I like to think its what it tastes like Italy. whoever runs this place is doing it perfectly. I ate their pizza and their spaghetti and meatballs and it smacks. I love this place"

"Their pizza is good. But, there is no management! Several employees (maybe family) don't lift a finger to help. Friday night and we called in an order. They said 20 minutes. We arrived 25 minutes later. Line was to the door. They don't offer a separate pick up line!!!! How ridiculous. It took 25 minutes to get the food. It was cold. Why don't they put those girls to work and start a pick up line to the left of the cash register? I have left one other bad review, it has to be incredibly bad for me to take my time. I sincerely, hope management reads this and makes improvements."

"One out of every six or seven times the pasta has not been drained properly so you get watery sauce collecting in the bottom of your Chicken Parm. But, I give a pass because more times than not the pasta has been drained correctly, and when it has, the food is fantastic. Great pizza! This is my go-to "utility Italian" spot. Every relocated Yankee needs a utility Italian spot, which fills the need for a consistent, good tasting easy in, easy out non-chain carryout which are ubiquitous where we're from. Napololi's checks all those boxes easily. Hey Napoli's we love you, thanks for being part of our community. :)"
