"I needed to get my truck’s emissions inspection and went to Herbert Automotive for the chore. They’ve been fast and efficient in the past. Unfortunately, on this day, a lot of people had the same idea. I really needed the inspection so I stayed in the long line. Once I finally got my turn, the anxiety went away. The inspector was friendly, fast and thorough. She finished up in about five to ten minutes and I was done. Poor lady; it was about 40 degrees, super windy, and she’d not had a break all day (and it was 1:00 when I got in line). Good job to all."
