Mr. Shook came out the same day I contacted him, inspected the roof and showed me pictures of where the chimney and cap needed to be repaired. He provided me a written job order, indicating step-by-step how the repair would be done as well as when he would be available. I was very happy when Mr. Shook called me a few days later indicating he could do the job earlier.
