"Love the tear yard. Pull a part is pull a part. Great concept and access parts at all locations. This location (South) as the unique exception of offering that plus horrible horrible customer service. Everyone is always so snarky with even them most minute question. The strong that broke the camel's back today is that I was told a golf cart rental with each $29.99 When it is clearly listed on the website is $5 for an hour. I told the customer representative this, And she matter of fact we said no, it's not. That's the old price. Yeah no, that's not how that works. It was the customer representative of shorter stature. Both physically, and on a level of maturity."

"These employees are great!!! I received an alert that they have my year and model vehicle on the lot. I drove over that day only to discover that the car was still in the processing area. I went back in and talk to cari and she took me out to the yard to verify that the vehicle was actually there. I told her I would be back on Monday. Cari said she will make sure the vehicle will be available. Went back and she took me to the vehicle and I was able to get the part needed. Thank you Cari for all your help!!!! You stepped up when you didn’t have too."
