"I bought an oil filter tool for my corolla and I was told by one of the workers that I could return it back if it didn't fit. I came in next day to return that same tool since it didn't fit and another worker did my return and I told him that it didn't fit. He looked at his co-worker who sold me the part the other night and told him "it's used, he used it" infront of the customers to hear. Like I was labeled a a thief or trying to be a freeloader. I told him, "it didn't fit" like what do u want me to do?! Like I'm the bad guy. That didn't sit right with me but I didn't sat anything else because i would've said something else but I kept myself, a customer, professional since the employee couldn't be professional himself. Ain't going back there again."

"Sadly, some days the staff is polite, even to us TAN folk. While most days, we are NOT as welcomed, as people who are NOT tan. The double standard sucks! I was refused service, that I KNOW FOR A FACT they provide, like changing a bulb. All of that, AFTER being shrugged off by an older white man, who was leaning/socializing with another man like him. Leaving, someone from the back, equally unwilling to serve me, to come out and REFUSE me service. Had I been a skinny, blonde woman, I would NOT have had an issue! Some things will NEVER change in this country! Typical attitude of folk who stand for what this Amerikkka is all about. Without customers of ALL SHADES you would be out of business. Our money spends just like everyone else's money. Sad state of affairs!!!"
