"When I first worked with them 5yrs ago, I found them honest n trustworthy. I can't say that about them anymore. I went to them with a flat tire a couple of months ago and they said the tire cannot patched n it has to be replaced. I asked why but didn't get a very good answer. I asked them to inflate it and I went to Costco (where I got the tire installed originally) and they were able to patch. When confronted, these guys say Costco should not have patched it and even if they did, it would not last long. We'll it's been months, and my tire works perfectly. Even in 10F weather I didn't have inflate that tire. And same happened with my neighbor last week. These guys said all tires r gone but he got it repaired at Costco. Never coming back here again for any repairs, any."

"Went to fix a flat tire. They said they need to replace the tire. Damage was severe, so they couldn't fix the flat tire. As we had warranty on that tire from Costco went there to claim the same. They just had to repair the flat tire. No need to replace the tire. If we don't have a warranty we would have fallen for Goodyear s tricks."
