"Yesterday I bought 2 bottles of antifreeze from Brenda at the Buford Highway location in North Druid hills. I told her I may only need one bottle and would return the other. She acknowledged the return policy. I used the one bottle and there was no seal. I thought nothing of it. Come to find out both bottles had no seal. This was not discovered until I tried to return the second bottle at the Peachtree Industrial Boulevard location. That gentlemen @PIB did his job and checked the bottles at the counter. It would have been nice if Brenda had done that. But someone didn't do their job at her location when they went on the shelf or were returned. Now I'm stuck with a bottle I can't use and wanted to use that $15 credit towards an exchange. I. Left without the other items that I needed. I even called Buford Hwy to speak to Brenda and was told that nothing could be done and the items couldn't be returned. I have no reason to open something, attempt to return it, and then take the time to do a survey/review if it wasn't true. What a waste of my time and money (is it really that much for Antifreeze!?)! Next time #NAPAKnowHow"
"Great customer service , budget friendly and the store is very clean and neat ."
"I really appreciated the persistence on the part of the young man who installed the wiper blades I bought there. For some reason my wipers were a little more difficult to connect than other vehicles. He made it happen on a freezing cold morning. Tremendously helpful, as my old wipers had fallen apart and much precipitation was forecasted. Thank you, sir, for going the extra mile to keep me safe on the road!"
"My car battery died so I needed to find the nearest auto parts store to where I was to replace it. I've had good experiences at O'Reilly in other areas so I chose this store rather than the Auto Zone in the same lot. It was a little after 9 pm and they close at 10 pm, but as we know, you cannot predict when a battery will die. I had gotten someone to jump start the car and headed to this store. When I arrived, I explained my situation and the young man tells me they don't install batteries when it's dark. I get that so I asked for the manager who came out and I explained that I wasn't able to install a battery and could he PLEASE consider installing the battery. I was afraid to turn off the car as I was not close to home AND I'm a female so I was really concerned for my safety. He gave some idiotic excuse about not having the right tools for my kind of car (Honda CR-V) and that I should go to a shop. Which shop would that be at 9 pm at night? I ended up going next door to the Auto Zone and they installed it in the last 20 minutes of their shift. The guys were Hispanic at O'Reilly and this area is a highly populated Hispanic community. I can almost bet that if I was a Latina asking for their help, they would have helped. I'm a woman of color, but I guess not the color that warranted a little compassion. The guys at Auto Zone weren't really happy about installing that battery that late either, but they did it and this will bring me back to the store. And it turns out I had bought the battery that died from Auto Zone and it was still under warranty so they replaced it at no charge. So I guess things worked out as they should have."
"I bought a battery from this store and immediately returned it when the sales associate couldn’t install the battery. This is my first time ever buying a battery and being told it has to be “professionally installed”. I went next door to auto zone and they were nice enough to assist me. Never going to oreillys again. Waste of time!"
