"I called to have an issue with my serpentine belt checked out and repaired. I contacted them after several other mobile mechanics I had contacted never answered my service request. The mechanic fixed the belt and the car was running fine in the driveway. I went to drive it around the neighborhood, and the belt slipped back off a few hundred feet up the street. I contacted the mechanic as well as the person at the company that had texted me and was told by text by the person at the company that the mechanic would be back by to fix it after he finished the job he was on. The mechanic never came back to redo the job. I figured they would have at least followed up to see if their guy came back, but have not heard back from either the mechanic or the company."
