"You've got to be kidding me. The young lady who works here needs some serious training. I've encountered some very friendly employees here, but have come across her at least twice and she's horrible. Bad attitude and will likely drive good customers away. This is what she tried to give me tonight (never seen garlic knots look like this and they smelled like cheese). She got an attitude when I asked about them and even worse when I asked for a refund and gave them back! She needs to stay away from customers!"
