Domino's Pizza

"They don't even deserve a 1 star, placed an order at 7:16 pm & was quoted 1 hour of wait time. Called back at 9:18 pm to ask where was my order & is when I was told that they were short staffed and if I still wanted my order to be processed. They could've told me that from the beginning. 1 large pizza & 8 wings shouldn't take 2 hours. Be aware if u order from here be prepared to wait at least 2 hours for food. So disappointed."

"They took an extra long time to deliver one Saturday (sec championship). By the time I got my order it was cold. I called and complained and the mgr promised a free pizza on next visit. I just redeemed tonight. Clay was the guy that took my call and made my pizza. Clay is a rockstar. On a scale of 1-10 this pizza is a 34. Their pan pizza is just as good as pizza hut’s. But Pizza Hut doesn’t have any clays."

"Lone person working by herself during the lunch shift. Ordered online via the app for carry out. One pizza was perfectly fine (normal hand-tossed), but the pan pizza was anything but normal. Unless they’ve changed the recipe, I got a very flat thin-crust looking pie with ingredients all over the place. Missing cheese on portions of it and ingredients not evenly spread out. Will have to order from a different location in the future."

"We placed an order at 7:30 pm. Was told delivery between 8:05 and 8:15. Solid. Called them at 8:30 to ask what's up and was told another hour and a half wait. "they were busy and only had one delivery driver" ok that's fine. I get it. Short staffed, larger orders, whatever. But tell people that when they order. On the call at 8:30 was offered to come pick it up at the store in 10-15 minutes, wait an hour and a half for delivery or to take a refund. I said pick up at store in 10-15 minutes. Showed up at the store 15 minutes later, and they said it just went out on delivery. Came home and waited 15 minutes, nothing. Called again, and he said "sorry we're busy, we're refunding you" and now 2 and a half hours later we have to figure out what's for dinner."

"Do not order from this dominos. We placed an order at 730 that was supposed to deliver at 830pm. There was no information by 9pm. We called and they said they were at least an hour and a half out due to only 1 delivery driver. After calling, we said we would go and pick it up. We drove to pick it up and when we arrived, they had sent the pizza out and it would not give us a refund. We still do not have our pizza after 2+ hours of ordering. This is ridiculous. I just want my pizza."
