"We were about to head out on a road trip Friday morning when we noticed the front tires on my son’s car were balding due to a bad alignment. I called the Manager Benny and said we had an emergency. Benny went beyond the “Extra Mile” and had my son on the road my 12pm! The work was very professional and the price was the best around! Thank you to Benny and his crew! I highly recommend Extra Mile because I can tell you from first hand experience, it is more than just a name!"

"Very disappointed….This is my first ever review. I never thought I would have to give a negative review. I happen to see a flyer last week in my mail box about this extra mile tire and service center. It’s pretty close to my residence. I went in for an oil change on Friday afternoon at around 3 pm and I was told that I would need to wait if it has to be done, as there were ppl who checked in before me and asked me to schedule an appointment for Monday 02/12 for 3 pm. I went today(02/12) to the place and handed over my vehicle exactly at 3 pm. I was told that they don’t have the filter for my vehicle and asked me if I would pay more so that they can order it for me. I don’t understand which oil change service center wouldn’t have a filter. I asked them, how long would it take for them to get the filter and do the oil change. I was told that it should be quick and should be done in some few minutes. After I said ok and waited for 1 hr, I just went to the front desk to check on the status. Still they could not let me know when they will get the filter … they keep on saying few more minutes. First thing, I made an appointment listening to the guy at front desk hoping it should be quick. They even changed the oil in my vehicle and said that they need to the filter to let me out, I waited for 30 more minutes and asked them again. They said that they need to send some one to get the filter. Waiting continues………The person at the front desk said sorry. It doesn’t get my time back and it doesn’t help me and they were not clear on when they’ll get the filter. I was in a situation where I was thinking of the moment y I saw the flyer and decided to go this place. Finally they checked me out after 5 pm. The cost of the oil change including the discounts at this place was same as other places. Everyone know that the oil change can be done in 5- 10 mins and keeping the price apart, …….they should have at least told me in advance that I need to wait 2 hours in order to get my vehicle back or told me ahead of time that they will not be able to do it in few minutes as they said. It’s very frustrating and the moment I drove the car out of this place an indicator popped up on my vehicle saying … my vehicle is due for oil change ….. it’s a small thing to reset the oil change option which any one can do…. I can’t believe I went to this place waited for 2 hrs today to get an oil change ….really bad and I would never ever go to this place nor recommend for anyone."

"Top notch service - customer and mechanical. Also the lounge area is pristine and comfortable, unlike most auto places. And it’s a plus that it’s next to a Publix center and a good restaurant. I needed new tires and oil change. I’ll be a regular."

"Absolute scammers. This is the first negative review I’ve ever left on my Google account. I have truly never had such a bad experience with a company in my life. My parents used to frequent Extra Mile many years ago, so when my car first started leaking antifreeze in 2021, I drove 30 minutes to bring my car into their shop. Well, as all the other one stars have mentioned, they’ve changed drastically. Our first appointment there, we were told we needed a new radiator and hoses. The estimate wasn’t cheap, but we were forced to trust them as we were leaving on a road trip to Ohio the following morning. We pick up the car the next day and begin our drive after we were assured the car was tested multiple times and the issue was resolved. Thankfully my husband thought to check our coolant halfway through and it was gone. I was shocked. We ended up having to stop the car every 30 minutes and refill. I called Extra Mile the next day and was told they’d pay for an inspection in OH… which they never ended up fulfilling, of course. The mechanic in OH told us the hoses were installed incorrectly and we likely never needed a new radiator. On the way home, our car continued to leak. We drove straight to Extra Mile where we were once again told it was fixed. We have been back 2 more times over the years for our leak. I never would have returned, but we were told our car was under warranty. We went back a few weeks ago after being assured we were still covered. When we went to pick up the car, we were handed a $150 bill. They NEVER asked for our approval to do the work and made us believe the service would be free. When I tried to express my confusion, I was lied to and told my husband had already approved it. Little did they know he was sitting in the car next to me. We were forced to pay the price to pick up our car.. and guess what… it’s STILL leaking today. Stay away from this company. They will take all your money and leave you with the same issues you came in with."

"Went here to get a set of Bridgestone summer tires put on my wheels. The tech shredded the lip of my wheel and then tried denying doing so, however I took pictures/videos of the wheels on drop off so he quickly changed his tune. After I dealt with their denial they took it to get “fixed.” I told him my fear was the wheel wouldn’t match but I was willing to give it a shot. When I got home and put the repainted wheel up to the factory enkei wheel, my fear was realized, the wheel color was a not only few shades off in person, but nearly a completely different color. Not only that but the finish was different from the enkei factory finish as well. The authentication stickers from the manufacturer had to be taken off for the repair, AGAIN lowering the value of the wheel, and making it different from the rest. These wheels cost me thousands of dollars and I waited over 8 months to receive this set. That wait was longer than me actually having the wheels intact and undamaged. The new wheel almost looks blue compared to the original gunmetal grey. It won’t let me caption every photo, but notice the difference in color, it’s MUCH worse in person than in pictures and easily identifiable. Also notice the already bubbling, and failing paint on the repaired wheel, that won’t last long term. I will probably have to come out of pocket for another wheel if I ever hope to have this set looking right after dropping it off with extra mile. I hope this review helps you pick the right shop for you. I would avoid at all cost and will never recommend anyone trust this company with their wheels."
