"Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with Hennessy. I needed my vehicle serviced and I called and left a voice-mail multiple times before I actually got a callback from the service advisor. I did ask for another advisor, but was told that the advisor assigned would be handling my service. When I arrived, the service advisor was very nonchalant and did not appear to know which service I was receiving. I asked if I could speak with someone about extended warranties and was escorted to a gentleman who was more interested in his cell phone instead of greeting me. The gentleman told me I needed to go back to the advisor to get vehicle information. I shared that I recently had knee surgery and would not be able to keep getting up.....maybe he could call the advisor. He told me I needed to go get the information. I told him I needed to rest my leg and he said OK and began to look at his phone again. I left and went to the customer lounge. When I reported to the advisor to pay for my service, he told me my car was being driven around from detail in a few minutes and I should sit in front of the building and then he began to look at his cell. IT WAS FREEZING OUTSIDE! I waited 15 minutes and returned to his desk. After a few more minutes, my vehicle arrived. My vehicle was wet and it clearly had not been vacuumed as I was told it was. Every experience prior to this one on 12/29/23 had been pleasant and professional. Every person I encountered made me feel like I was inconveniencing them in this day. I am very disappointed and will reach out to corporate as well. Customer Service: 0 stars"
