"I took my car in a few weeks ago to have a tear in my driver's seat repaired. My car seats are shiny black leather but the piece that was installed has a dull appearance. The new leather also has wrinkles and I was told that was due to the leather being folded. Overall, the reupholstery job is good but they could have done a better job matching my seat's sheen and removing wrinkles prior to installation. Edit- I reduced the rating to two stars. Over the weekend I noticed the seat’s plastic side panel was no longer flush with my seat and could be easily removed. I also noticed that the left side seat panel (as seen in the picture) lacks stuffing."
