"6 months ago I took my 2006 Volvo to these people for a engine replacement. They gave me a 90 day guarantee on an engine that supposedly had approximately 87000 miles on it. My original engine had approximately 110000 miles on it and they informed me that the valves were bent and the block was cracked. I purchased the used for approximately 4500 which included changing the timing belt, the water pump, and the serpentine belt. When I initially picked up the vehicle it ran ok. After about 6 weeks it kept cutting off so I took it back because it was still under warranty. They mechanic fixed it and I picked it up about a week later and it drove fine for about six more weeks. One day I went to pick up my son and when I arrived at his house the car shut off and wouldn't start at all. I had it towed back to their shop because it was still under warranty. Initially the mechanic looked at it and informed me that the timing belt broke because the tensioner was not set right. Then the owner came and wrote a ticket and told me that they would check the vehicle and let me know. They kept the vehicle for about 2 months and when I called to ask about it I was told that the engine was removed and that they were waiting on me to "pay" them so that they could repair my vehicle. I informed them that the vehicle was still under warranty when I brought it back to them and that no one informed me about what was going on with my car over the last two months. So I went to the shop and saw that my vehicle was in the same place that it was two months ago and the engine was still in it. Then I asked to speak to the owner whom later contracted me and tried to say the same thing about me "paying" them. I informed the owner that the vehicle was still under warranty when it stopped running and that I was told by the mechanic not to worry about it that they would fix it. He said I needed to come back in so that they could write up another ticket to check the vehicle again. After completing the ticket I wait approximately another month before I call and the owner said he needed to show me something related to the vehicle. I arrived and the whole story changed. He said I ran over something because a pulley was bent and that is what he claimed caused the belt to brake. I informed him that I was the ONLY person that drove the vehicle and that I didn't run over anything. The mechanic NEVER looked at me while we were talking because he changed his entire explanation after initially inspecting the vehicle with me several months prior. At this point I didn't trust anything they said or did so I had my vehicle towed back to my residence. In my opinion this was a con on orchestrated by the owner and the mechanic had little choice but to play along. I don't trust them and will not buy any parts or request any services from this business again!!!!"
"Completely trustworthy, they know what they're doing, reasonable price, very nice people. I've used them dozens of times."
"Far from the prettiest place to have a repair done but that is not whats needed. Honesty accompanied by good prices and great workmanship. Consider what really important and then take your Volvo here."
"One of the break lights was out and I took it here to get it replaced and installed. They were able to service it immediately - a very quick fix - and did not charge me anything for the services. Will definitely be back for future car needs!"
"Took my car in because I thought it had some transmission issues. They offered reasonable prices. Turns out that wasn't the case at all and they told me up front with the real issue is. I paid for the actual work that was necessary and now my car runs better than it did before"
