"I am SOOOOOOO PISSED!!! I have been through hell and back with this HORRIBLE lying business. 1.5 weeks ago, I ordered a pizza at 10:30 pm. They said 28-38 min and it arrived after 11:30. The manager was incredibly rude and I still haven't received my refund. Corporate office does nothing but send u on a wild goose chase. I have called every single gle day and no one will call back. I'm not letting this go!!!!! Elizabeth in Inglewood CA on Crenshaw and 109th is the HORRIBLE manager.and she needs to be fired!"

"I went to the store in Willingboro, NJ to remind them of the time only to find they had removed the order from the computer!!! These pizzas were for our students in New Jersey Orators, where we treat our students to a party after competition ( we came in Second in the state on December 2!). After much discussion, I went to another pizza store and bought pizzas. Papa John’s has faithfully donated the pies for the past 4 years. They have really caused me to rethink my loyalty to a chain I have loved for many years. I will be writing my situation to the CEO , although I doubt I will get a reply."

"Charging customers an extra $4.50 "delivery" fee is simultaneously ripping off the delivery driver AND the customer..! 1) That makes your "Special" $14.99 pizza a normal $20 pizza..! NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT THAT..!!! 2) The driver gets the minimum $2 tip instead of my usual 20% tip... STOP RIPPING OFF YOUR CUSTOMERS AND DRIVERS LEST YOU LOSE BUSINESS..!!!"

"After my experience with PAPA JOHNS PIZZA AT 17 MONROE HWY IN THE WINDER CORNERS SHOPPING CENTER, MY BOYFRIEND AND MYSELF WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE ANY FOOD OR BEVERAGES FROM ANY PAPA JOHNS PIZZA.. This is because for over an hour and multiple different phone calls and even after speaking to two different employees and even try to something to eat throughout their mobile app earlier this evening the employees told me to hang up with me va and for me to call back the store and out in the mesh five instead of three and props, and when I dial 503 it is rang and rang and rang and rang and rang and rang and rang and everybody else nobody ever picked up until I finally hung up I had covet again. Next time I come back I called the dial three again I wanna dial three and pick up literally problem with the Internet understand whatever your order. x put in orders so I told Tribeca third time so I Tribeca third time this time but I can come back to get nobody because when I had Covid and I’m going through Siri call stormy"

"There was a horrible mix-up in ordering and picking up my pizzas for our party. Customer service told me that my pizza had been picked up already. However, I never picked them up. I called the store, and the mgr on duty, Ash, was overly unprofessional and lacked ownership of w problem that was not the customer's fault. I called corporate and was told it was up to the store leadership to resolve my concern. Now I’m out of 50.00 dollars worth of pizza with no resolution."
