"My experience here was the WORST! The office manager is rude and has a horrible attitude. Although the price is reasonable and the work is good.. due to the customer service, I will never come back! The card machine "went down" all of a sudden when my repairs were complete. They did not apologize for the inconvenience or anything. Instead, the office manager was like "oh well" "I'm not coming back tomorrow to see if it's working because I have church", etc. She would not try to reboot the system, call the company over their card system, nothing! They kept my car. She wanted to call the police on me for asking for my keys to get my house keys & others off of my keyring along with my daughter car seat out of the vehicle. When I came back the next day they were open. The machine was still down, she stated she don't know when it's going to be up, don't know when the company was coming to fix it or nothing. That's a lie. A company will advise on when they are coming to fix it or try to troubleshoot over the phone if possible. The manager just didn't want to help or provide information. All she would say is, you can Zelle me and I advised her multiple times that I was paying with a credit card which is why I confirmed on multiple occasions about them taking cards & if it was up and running before authorizing them to fix my vehicle. Please do your research before coming here! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"
