Cobb Dr. location told me that they couldn’t fix it due to staffing and they went above and beyond to connect me to the location on Sandy Plains Road. The team at Sandy Plains not only resolved my issue, but did it quickly and professionally. I really can’t put into words how much they helped me out and saved me money. Today, I heard their cashier calling for a part for me. She received info on them, same part but at different prices. She requested the less expensive one. Thank you. They never pressure you into service. They tell you and show you what you need, and then you decide. If you ask them if it's something that needs to be done, vs can be, they are honest with you.
