Little Caesars Pizza

"Just had to throw an entire order of crazy bread away as soon as I got home... they had so much butter/oil on them that they were not edible. Even after using a paper towel to wipe some off. The butter/oil mixture was all over the paper it came wrapped in , in clumps. The pizza also had so many bubbles in the dough that only about half the pizza had cheese. I unfortunately could not talk to them directly because their phone does not work (this is what the worker in the store stated after I told them i tried to call to place my order) . This all after waiting for over 25 minutes for the order to be ready."

"Haven't been in a long time. Ordered stuffed bread a few days ago. Fell in love. Tried to get it again tonight and so disappointed. Corporate/Managers - please get the sole employee some help. Been there twice this week and one person is handling online orders, food prep & packing, counter orders, cashier... I understand good help is hard to find, but... Please get this Little Caesars location in a better place with staffing. I won't go back because I feel bad about one person working..."

"Ordered the special - Pepperoni pizza with pretzel crust. It was great, but could have liked less salt grains on the crust. Ordering online was easy, pickup was ready on time and the minimal staff were great. The shop interior was clean and welcoming. Don’t let the empty photo fool you, because it filled up quickly with customers placing orders and picking up."

"I seriously just picked up two pizzas from here. And both of them are still under baked. I attempted to call the store to request a refund. But the number says it's not in service. Decided to go into the store. The person working the register was acting like I wasn't just in there earlier. Called another employee over and non would give me a refund unless I brought the pizzas to him. After he asked for a picture for proof and said it wasn't enough. You could clearly see the pizza is under baked. He said he didn't know what he was looking at. Terrible experience. I didn't get NO REFUND. My only accomplishment was I managed to loose them two sales while I was in there. I had no problem telling other customers about my experience. I wanted to save them the disappointment as well. One person was in there before me. Trying to explain to the same cashier she had allergies. And the cashier was just giving her a difficult time. I told the customer to save her time and money and go else where. Because I was in there requesting a refund for my under baked pizzas."
