"I rated this place a 3 out 5, instead of 5 because of their horrible communication. I tried calling them multiple times to see if my car was ready and no one answered. They MAY answer once or twice throughout a full day period with little to no updates on your vehicle. The people are nice and do their work, but you'll never know unless you consistently have to drive or uber up there."
