"Arrived at the bank about 3:30 due to not being able to complete a transaction online or on the app (transaction limit). The lady at the door was very nice and took my name and said it would be a little wait, which I expected due to the lateness of the day. About ten minutes later, a young man came and we went into his office and went right to work. I apologized for the time due to it being almost 4:00, but he couldn't have been more pleasant about it. The only thing that I noticed that was concerning was the location. It being downtown and on the corner, it was kind of tight, but this was the first time at a branch in a long time, so it was no big deal. I have been a BOA customer for 17 years, and will continue to be one. Thanks to the very nice employees for your help. BTW, while I was waiting, I noticed that the tellers were very nice to the customers and the line moved quickly."

"This location has very good people working here. I only had a short wait to get service. The lady was very helpful and professional and courteous. Helped me get my change of address and information on my account that I was looking for. I just wish Bank of America had locations in Alabama so I wouldn't have to drive so far."
