"Very rude. Tried to use for first time and completed online reservation form which sent an email confirming my requested pick up address and time. When car did not arrive, I called and explained this was my first time using their service and I wanted to make sure I had correctly set things up and they were sending a car. Gentleman on the phone was very short with me and told me that those requests just get deleted if you don't enter a credit card online (which I was not prompted to do on the website) and that they were not sending a car. I get that there may have been confusion on my part and I wasnt being difficult or insistent...simply verifying because the "reservation request" also clearly states to call if the car is not there to avoid being held responsible for charges. The tone was very unnecessary and I certainly don't want to do business with a company like this."

They even let us make a pit stop in between tours to take a few moments to admire a breathtaking view of mountains.
