"Although I normally bring my vehicle to my dealership for the majority of maintenance services, this Valvoline Instant Oil Change service center does serve some useful purpose for me. Year and year out, I have been using this particular establishment for my annual emissions test. It is a convenient location, five minutes, at the most, from where I live. The staff is courteous, efficient and thorough. The costs for the emissions tests are standard for this area and reasonable. Naturally, I have enough valid purposes for being a repeat customer for this shop, even if only for one specific initiative."

"Brian and Allie (names may be spelled different) were very helpful, and thorough in their care for my vehicle. I came in for an oil change, but it was close to closing time. Brian was able to service the vehicle despite my timing. During the service, it was found that I needed an air filter, and another one that’s behind the glove compartment. I also needed a side-marker lamp that was out. It was further explained that my service would be noted on CarFax, as a way to show how my Van is being maintained. On top of that, I was given a discount. Kudos to them both for their great service!"
