"They don’t pay attention to items on the order Went to pick up my order waited 20mins and then the lady tells me she forgot to put the breadsticks in the oven and it would take another 10 plus minutes. I was doing DoorDash and this really kills our money and time! 3 times this has happened at this same place! I wonder if the get penalized when they are 20-30mins behind pick up time? I don’t want to ever go back here"

"Recently ordered delivery for Lunch from the Marietta location. My Co-worker and I highly enjoyed our meals. The pizza, pasta, and cheese sticks were hot and delicious. The pizza, although a personal pan, was piled high with toppings and made exactly how I requested on my order. Will definitely order from here again."

"Tbis store has to have a very big food waste. I use to love this store. Now that they have a new general manager, Anthony, I see why this store has so many complaints & problems. Anthony made my food, & he is also the one that did NOT follow the grill receipt for what to put on my food. He made my food the way he so chose to which was wrong!!! Most of the customers for this store have to go to other stores because this store will mess your food up at least 6 times before getting it close to right. Even then, it is only close to right & not right!!! This guy didn't even offer to remake my food. He just decided to be very rude, condescending, and debasing."

"I want to give you guys 0 stars!!! There will be no next time. You guys got my order wrong 3 times. I wasted an hour of my time waiting for you guys to get my simple order right. I asked for NO CHEESE (as I am allergic to it, and told you guys) and you guys repeatedly put it on my pizza. You took me $40, and did not give me a refund, even though I returned all the pizzas ordered. Customer service was absolutely horrible. I'm Done with Pizza Hut!!! I will get my money back!!!!"
