AZ Pizza, Wings & Fish (Halal)

"Surprised this place has good reviews. We ordered a specialty pizza and they didn’t have one of the ingredients but they didn’t bother to tell us. Pizza came and we noticed it and they just said sorry we ran out. There was barely any cheese on the pizza and whatever was there wasn’t melted. Most of the pizza was covered in veggies and the beef was almost non existent. Veggies were also cold which makes no sense since the pizza is baked. The service was fine employees were nice. However, the atmosphere was horrible. You couldn’t hear anything except from the owner sitting at one of the tables watching tiktoks on the TV at full volume. I wanted to walk out. Definitely not ever going again"

"I really like the customer service and the attitude there. I really appreciate the scenery and atmosphere. Overall, I appreciate the much needed halal presence. They went through the lengths and followed my request of exemptions. They got my order correct the first time. GrubHub indicated that my order was ready however when I got there it wasn't and no problem because they were very considerate of my time by relaying the status honestly. It's not easy owning a business especially a halal restaurant and in this economic climate and atmosphere the restaurant business requires guts. I understand the supply chain shortage. I understand the employee shortage in the restaurant industry. I understand the rise and supply cost. So if these are the reasons why I received the quality that I received I suggest better management of the quality control if you are going to charge the prices that you charge for this menu. I understand they cook with a conveyor belt oven but I just don't want to taste it or tell it. If you choose a hamburger patty and GrubHub has required me to select a cook on that burger I don't want to tell that it was a patty nor do I want it to be so dry after I've chosen a medium cook on the burger. If you choose to use pizza cheese on a cheeseburger(which just doesn't happen to do any cheeseburger any type of Justice) I don't want to be able to tell it, when it cost $11. Although this was one of the best I've ever tasted, If you serve me a $6 mango Lassie I don't want to feel cheated with it being only 10oz. If you were going to serve me "grilled" fish I expect to know what type of the fish, and for there to be a seer at the very least, grill marks, and the fish not to be so wet, for $13. If all those limitations are the case, the fact that I can't tell should be the selling point of their menu and would justify paying that price. This restaurant has way more potential. With that customer service I know they're not incompetent, but the quality has definitely steeped to an extreme low than it used to be"

"The food is excellent! Ordered and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. Delivery was spot on. Their driver was friendly and courteous. The cheesesteak sandwich was well seasoned, which I absolutely love! The calzone was also tasty; we liked the Tandoori chicken, with its curry flavor. And the pizzas were definitely high quality. I am a pizza fanatic. These guys know what they are doing! We will be going back soon!"
