"So this is my third vehicle with Matthews Kia of Cartersville. It has never been a problem or hassle when I have been. I typically call in advance and they always listen and when it’s time for feedback they always have my best interest at heart. They treat me like they would a family member. Sometimes they may advise me to wait a couple months longer. It’s not always about making a commission but what is better for the long run. Dexter the sales manager is phenomenal! He’s always running around with a million different things going on but always makes sure I am taken care of and get the most discounts and rebates possible. Joe Merck was my assigned sales representative. Even though Dexter worked with me a bit I have to credit Joe Merck (possibly misspelled) for actually getting me in my new vehicle that same day ! He went above and beyond and I am so thankful for the opportunity to have him ! Joe is quite a talker but I will say that in his work this is not a bad quality. It helped me drive off the lot ! When it came time for dotting those lines Harvey (forgive me if I got your name wrong) was/is extremely helpful in explaining and answering questions about things I had no clue about in a way I understood. I’m hopeful that this is my last vehicle as I actually feel like I found the one and makes me feel some type of way.
