"So I sent out a package that had painted 3d prints and they were fragile. I didn't feel confident enough of my own packaging so they repackaged it for me. Then it was going to arrive a little sooner than I expected. I was sending it to a friend who was going to be on vacation on the day of delivery. I called and Nathaniel picked up. I ask if there was a way to call the warehouse to where it was going to go before it goes out to delivery. He took my info down and called me back within like five minutes. He was able to make to where they can hold it and deliver it after they get back and before Christmas. I couldn't be more happier. Thanks you Nathaniel and the rest of the crew here. I wish I could remember their names. Well whoever worked on the 9th were awesome."

"The owner (Mo), Mohammed or Mohamed, completely went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. It was clearly a situation where UPS, as a logistics company, didn't deliver all my boxes to the destination city. Even though I shipped them all the same time. My boxes got stored in the Destination city, never got delivered even after speaking to UPS reps and saying they found my boxes and would put it in the trucks to get delivered to me. Then radio silence from UPS, so back to Atlanta it went. The owner was able to ship my remaining box(es) to the next city I needed the items in. I truly do appreciate it when people like Mo go above and beyond like that!!!!!"
"Extremely helpful owner and staff. I had a large wooden painting to ship, too large for any single box, and without questions they quickly came up with a solution. They packed and shipped without issue. I'd recommend this particular location to anyone and will definitely use them again."
