"Absolutely the best around. We contacted 12 companies near where our 30 ft travel trailer was stranded 8 miles outside of Cheaha State park. Josh was the only one who knew how to handle our problem of a broken axle. He communicated so well with us and sought to understand just what was needed and delivered it to Alabama RV Center. "At the time we dropped the truck off they told us it would be 4 weeks before they got to the truck. Called at the 4 week mark to get an update and said they would get to the truck in the next week or 2. Called at the 6 week mark to get and update and was informed he didn't know when he would be able to look at our truck. Apparently he is a fleet diesel mechanic and doesn't have time to take onesie or twosie jobs (Tim's words). I stated that I had called 2 week earlier and they told me that they would get started on the truck in the next week or 2. At that time I was warned to be careful of what I said while on the phone with him because they make note of everything. I work in Customer service and would have NEVER talked to any customer this way. We went and picked up our vehicle the next day. STAY AWAY from this place. I should have read the reviews before dropping off the truck."
