"Mailed package with 2 Christmas cards with money inside each card. Package scanned in and never left this store. Not sure what is happening at this store on Hwy 81 but just be careful when mailing out anything of importance as it may never leave the store!!"

"IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE TO MAKE IT TO THE CORRECT PLACE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I traveled to Cape Town, South Africa and purchased my family multiple items. Everything I purchased was in one box. I took the box to this location. The person at the register taped the box and printed a label. I verified the address and I thought everything was ok until my nephew called me and asked if I sent the family a box full of hair products, mainly shampoo. I AM LIVID!!! How could this location mix-up the shipment with another box? Apparently, the person who printed the label was not paying attention to what she was doing. When I get back to Georgia I will be at this location to speak with the owner. Now someone else has all of the items I purchased for my family!!!"

"I mistakenly dropped off a package that was supposed to go to an eBay buyer but I instead said it was an Amazon return. Later that day I realized the mistake and with the UPS truck already loading up packages, they went through their packages and found it, removed the Amazon sticker while saving the postmarked sticker underneath. They saved me tons on $$$ on a mistake I made. Much appreciated! Great customer service!"

"David notarized my documents wrong last week and only signed once it required two signatures, stamped over the writing of sworn statement making it invalid the documents were rejected. Also their fax machine was down. Called was told told to come back with reciept for refund and have it redone. Get their they tell me no refund and I need to pay again to have it re-done. Tiffany the manager was rude to her employee Samantha who was helpful and told her not to give me a $8 refund when they messed up the documents and caused a delay plus charged me for fax when the machine was done. Can only imagine how they treat people doing actual business with them."

"David and Jacob were AMAZING! They were SUUUUUUPER HELPFUL and patient with me while trying to figure out some printing issues. Customer Service was outstanding! Especially David!! They make it such a pleasure to come to The UPS Store! I will forever be a loyal customer to this location! Hands down!"
