"Hey, I was literally just in there. You were chill and I appreciate your help. You told me the premium membership was five bucks a month, and I'd get ten dollars of points for joining. I was confused when you said "it's gonna pop up with $25 more, then the price will go down." I almost said something when I realized you rang me up for a year. You implied it was just gonna be $5 for a money, and you said SPECIFICALLY that auto renew isn't on, and that I could use the points immediately. So I agreed, expecting to get a net $5 discount and wouldn't be charged for another month, when in reality it was five dollars more because you rang me up for a year, which was $25. On top of that, I just got an email confirming my enrollment in auto renew. I'm gonna be honest, I feel pretty swindled. I don't know if you turned it on deliberately or if it's just the default option and you were mistaken, but I feel it was sort of deceitful, the whole way you went about it. Even if the auto renew was an accident. I wish I would have taken the receipt."
