"I just moved to the area and there are 2 other stores near me. One charged for tape and the other offers no help when they see me struggling with large or heavy boxes as a women. On my first visit to this location I heard help for me being called as a struggled with a big box and they are always staffed enough that the line moves fast! I’ve never gotten an attitude from anyone there about tape or anything else. I drive a little bit further for them because of AMAZING and speedy customer service!"

"I came to drop off a package. The hours online were adjusted for holiday hours and still said that Wednesday (day before thanksgiving) they were open till 630. I show up and they have a sign stating they were closing at 4pm today. How are we supposed to know if they aren’t adjusted? That’s ridiculous"

"I have come here a few times to do Amazon returns and every time the process is so smooth and easy and the staff there are super friendly and knowledgeable. It’s never really busy and even when there is a long it usually moves pretty quick."

"I had a mailbox here for about a year. Wish I never did. They have a horrible woman working there that steals your mail and holds on to it. She is always in there. You will see her when you go . Especially on the weekends. She also likes to talk trash to random customers. Beware of what you’re signing up for. You’ve been warned."
