"I just want to say thank you to the ladies at this ups location here In Ellenwood Fairview rd. From the time I came falling into the door with my deflated pool to checkout everyone was so kind and helpful…a little shocked but very kind. I was supposed to package the pool back myself and did not realize it until I drug it all the way to the store. But my super hero’s saved the day. They sized up my return offered me the correct size box I needed to purchase and to my surprise they even packed it for me! I am so truly grateful. I hope my pool did not give you too much of a hard time when packing. Thanks again."

"I love coming to this UPS location. Great customer service, friendly staff. I see a lot of comments about the staff being young. They are mostly college kids, but the young women & men are professional and always handle me with care. Sometimes as adults I think we forget about where we started, and all of the lessons we had to learn in the “9 to 5 world.” My daughter (who just completed her freshman year at NC A&T) just started working at this location about 2 weeks ago, and she loves it. And I love it for her!"

"Just had the worst experience here. Full of young people that don’t care to do their job and have the worst attitudes. Was called “ugly” because she got angry with me. If I would’ve called her what I wanted to, she’d be calling her mommy. I don’t have time to play with nobody kids. I intend on talking to the manager as well."
