"This is my second time at this location. The first time there was a lot of technical difficulties, but the overall experience was great. My second time, the audio didn’t play through the entire game. Before the game was started, there was about 20min spent on attempting to correct the issue. It was never corrected and we played the game without audio. I was told at the end of the game we would be given two free sessions in the future. When I asked about a refund, they stated they were unable to give refunds that they could only give credits. The only way a refund can be given is if you cancel 72hr ahead of time. I went a second time because I thought the first time technical issue was isolated. It’s a lot of money to spend to not get the full experience. Just FYI to anyone booking that you could run into this issue and a credit will be given and not a refund. I was also told to contact corporate and that the number was located on the website. The website states to contact location you booked for refunds. The staff was great and very kind. Just not pleased with the overall experience, especially given the price."

"Took my son for his 13th birthday and they had fun! Darius was amazing. One of the boys wrist things come undone and he quickly put it back on to get them back playing. Definitely I’ll do it again!"

"This was an amazing experience! I honestly had way more fun than I expected. I think the session is about half an hour but it felt like forever. We were tired by the end of it so they timed these sessions perfectly. You feel fully submerged in a different world and really like a team on a mission. There are some glitches which I think is normal in where we are with this technology today but the staff was attentive and prompt in quickly addressing any issues and also guiding us throughout. 100% worth it and guaranty I will be back."
