"Doesnt deserve a star. I regret to express my disappointment with the service at this establishment, which has unfortunately led to my decision not to continue patronizing it. Specifically, I have encountered an older, Caucasian gentleman who dons a rainbow mask and behaves unprofessionally. He has proven to be quite abrasive and has raised his voice during customer interactions. In addition, I have noticed that he struggles with issues of diversity, which is concerning. I find it unacceptable for a customer service representative to raise their voice in response to a customer who is not doing the same. Furthermore, the feedback that I have provided to management has not been received constructively. Rather than addressing the behavior of their staff, they have instead shifted blame onto the customer. In light of these experiences, I cannot recommend this store to anyone and caution against patronizing it, especially if you are likely to interact with this particular individual. The customer service experience at this establishment is severely lacking, and I urge management to take steps to ensure that their staff treats customers with respect and professionalism at all times."

"I have been printing Flyers in different UPS stores all across the nation! I would email my printing materials to them and they would print it out for me. I have never experienced such a scam! The lady customer service at the store told me that I could go on to their computer sign into my email and print out my flyer but didn’t tell me that there’s a charge of $3.50 for every 5 minutes to be on the their computer. Just after I put in my credit card , she tells me that! She tells me… it’s all on the screen… seriously… people read fine prints! Trying to cheat your customers! I will never go back to the store and tell all my Friends and family never to go to this UPS store . I complained to the UPS Corporate Office about this issue."

"This store need to close , don’t go there cause the reviews don’t lie ! I went there to ship a mail for the USCIS at a walking distance from the store on 10/10/2024 , the expected delivery was the next day, after 5 days I tracked my mail and it shows delayed until 01/18/2024 In the details it shows the mail went to Texas on the 01/12/2024 They lied in there system about the shipment! I shipped the mail around 8:30 am and their website says on the same day : “5:13 PM Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.” This is pure negligence , I am done with ups! Don’t waste your time go somewhere else"

"I have been to this location a few times and Micheal is always so sweet and helpful. Today I went in and my experience was not the same. I walked into the store to hear Will raising his voice at a woman, she eventually left unhappy but was not rude in return. The Lady in front of me asked a question and Will turned around and snapped on her as well, mentioning that “he did not work for her, she could figure it out”. I thought maybe he was having a bad day but after reading the reviews his encounters are not friendly. He truly lack professionalism and communication skills."

"I always went to this UPS store in Tucker but today I was disgusted by the owner. I took fully packaged on its original box not fully taped and the owner asked me for $3 to tape it for me, Amazon doesn't request a fee, when I completed the return process it showed free. I went to the next UPS store in 1605 Church ste#610 Decatur, Ga and their customer service was so wonderful. I asked the wonderful lady if I need to tape it next time and she said there is no need."
