"I really don’t know how to begin this review b/c I am just so grateful & thankful to the whole staff at this UPS store. The Manager Mr. Bishal and a particular staff member Jessica has been more than amazing to me. The manager is always gracious even when there is 20 things going on at one time! And Omg, Jessica is an unbelievable high level professional representative of this store. She will make sure EVERYTHING is great no matter how BUSY she gets! I had about 15 packages that I needed to put together before shipping, well she decided to do it for me and she worked superbly between ALL customers and (still) took care of organizing my packages herself! She said “Oh Mary please don’t stress I promise everything will be fine” even though she had over 20 people in the line! It really blew my mind b/c the store is always busy 98% of the time but she remained consistent in her attitude and rendered the best customer service ever! "Sadly no longer are prepaid labels printed for you free of charge like FedEx does for you. You will be charged almost $4 to print the label that’s already prepaid for you to ship an Amazon return. It’s cheaper to buy a 100 page packet of paper at Target than to have them print the darn label on one page. Inflation at its finest. Good job UPS"
