Mom got her vehicle back with grease and dirt on the inside and out. Damaged the driver seat, don’t waste your time. It’s a disgrace of a business and how they act towards customers"

"I called them up asking for a clutch cable quadrant the woman that was helping me had no clue as to what I was asking for, no big surprise. Well she asked one of their mechanics what it was and she said he had no clue what it was. It's pretty much self explanatory with the name of the part "CLUTCH CABLE QUADRANT" it obviously has a lot to do with the clutch on a car. If it breaks you basically don't have a clutch in order to drive the car. Anyway I just thought it was kinda funny that the mechanic didn't know what it was or wasn't. I told her to remind of that if I ever brought my car to get worked on or serviced and chuckled about it trying to make an already difficult situation a little more lite hearted. Well they've lost a lot of customers today because she hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone when I called back. Come on people give me a break!!!! People have got to lighten up this stuff isn't really worth it. In the end I really didn't lose anything because I didn't have to replace it. It's just recommended to replace it when you replace the clutch. I didn't really want to go e them 1 star."
