"I called KO Automotive in Cartersville because my Uber driver had recommended them and mentioned that they were an honest auto repair shop. They could not do the repairs on my transmission so I asked for an honest transmission guy and they recommended Richard @ Quality Transmission. Richard could not fix the Expedition because it needed computer programming - he could have charged me whatever he wanted for a diagnostic fee but he didn't charge me anything. You know Ford charges $149-199 to diagnose before they rip you off with their ridiculous hourly labor rate. So then Richard recommended Terry at Skene Transmission and I found another truthful and reliable mechanic. I hope they both stay in business for a long time."
