The Nest Schools

"My children began here back in 2019 during COVID and when it was under a different name. We absolutely loved the previous owner and the daycare and were very nervous when it was bought out and under new management. My fears were put to rest pretty quickly. Aside from a few small changes, I really have not noticed any difference. All of the staff stayed and are still like a part of our family. The place got a face lift and my favorite part is they now use an app where you can stay updated on your child/children throughout the day, which is super nice. The care my children receive here is phenomenal. I would 100% recommend sending your children to The Nest!"

My child loves Chelsea and Carolyn and that makes my heart so happy that she feels so comfortable. Since day 1 we have been treated like family. Communication is wonderful and while Discovery point was amazing, the Nest has so much more to offer for the parents and my husband and I are loving it!"

"We’ve had our children enrolled at The Nest Schools (formerly Discovery Point) for over three years now and have had a great experience. Our children have loved all the teachers from infant up to the 3/4 yr old rooms. We were hesitant with the change from Discovery Point to The Nest that we would lose the personal touch that gave this center a family-oriented environment, but were relieved when we knew that many staff were staying. Mrs. Kendra and Mrs. April do an excellent job managing the center and are always visible and accessible. Our children seem to enjoy the updates to the space through the transition."

"Our family loves Mrs. Kendra at the Nest School, formerly known as discovery point. Kendra puts her heart and soul into the safety and care of all children at the center. Our 2 year old has been at this daycare since she was 4 months old. The infant teachers Mrs. Chelsea and Mrs. Carolyn are the absolute best! My two year old still reaches out for them anytime they walk past during drop off. Mrs. Chelsea is always in the floor playing with the babies anytime I’ve walked in. Our youngest baby is about to start next month and I’m so grateful to have such amazing care for my kids. It’s huge peace of mind knowing when I drop them off, I don’t have to be worried throughout the day. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Mrs. Kendra for having an amazing staff for our kiddos!"

Both of boys attended Discovery Point, and we were so pleased to know the Director and devoted staff would remain after the transition from Discovery Point to The Nest. The Director, Miss Kendra, is visible and accessible, all day, every day. She and the Assistant Director, Miss April, have worked diligently to keep the same tenured staff. I trust The Nest team and appreciate all they do not only for my own children but for all of the children in their care.
