"I would not recommend using this company for tax purposes. We've had such a terrible time with lack of communication, GROSS errors on our return resulting in what is a $1700 swing from what we were originally told. The IRS reached out requesting more information and this company had the opportunity then to inform us that there was a mistake, but in turn, we were told "this is happening to everyone. We'll take care of it." A few months later, we're again contacted by the IRS letting us know that there were errors on our return that was done by Awesome Tax Service and we now owe money back. When trying to get assistance with this company, it was like pulling teeth to get any assistance or response. She finally responds with "just pay it. There was an error". No apology, no explanation. I would highly recommend finding a different company."

"Only because negative stars is not an option! Stay away! Not so Awesome Tax Service! They like to take your money but they do not like to offer services or support after tax season! Do not even give the courtesy of a response to email, voicemail, or any form of communication. The worst service! If you have a problem you are on your own! Buyer beware!"

"Would not recommend! No support what so ever. Got audited for 2020 now having to pay back 5k. They will ignore all contact when trying to reach out to them and even park their vehicles away from their business to look like they aren't in the office."

"I have used Awesome Tax service for many years and was happy till 2020 when I received a letter from the IRS and tried contacting them. At first I was told it was busy tax season and they would look into my issue after tax season. I called in May and every month after that with no response. I left messages, emailed, messaged Jennifer on her cell phone and left her messages on her fb page and was ignored. In Feb 2022 I am still trying to deal with the IRS on an issue that my tax service should've handled. I guess as long as they take your $ they're good but the minute you have an issue, they'll leave you hanging. I will NEVER use them again and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Such a shame because I know Brian who hired Jen at his tax service before he passed, would've never abandoned his clients when IRS audited them for work they did. Now I have to explain and deal with this nightmare. At this point I would've been better off going to H&R rip off, same mentality."

We were referred to Jennifer by a reliable source and was very pleased. We didn't get a huge refund, but we didn't owe anything either. We are grateful and will definitely refer others and go back next year!!!"
