"Literally was carrying heavy boxes in the door with them falling and tripping trying to get the door open while three of them stood in there and watched. No other customers were in there. I’ll never go there again obviously when the owners not there the three of them just flake off."

"I sent a next day air package from this facility and it never went anywhere! When I asked them about it, the owners/managers were very indifferent and said they couldn't do anything to help. While that may be true, they weren't very caring or even try to help. The said they didn't care if I took my business elsewhere, so I am letting everyone know that I can - DO NOT USE THIS STORE! I'm pretty sure it was their employee who lost the package or didn't even send it to begin with. I went to another place, using the same label and address, and had no problem."

"They got my Google doc, no issues with it being a Google doc. Young guy printed it out for me- didn’t have to touch a computer or upload anything. Gave me an envelope- stapler, set up to staple them, checked me out before they were done printing. Printed them double sided to save me money…easy peasy. I walked in five minutes after opening and they were ready to go. Thank you for a zero drama experience!!"
