"We were passing through Rome Ga and came in for a maintenance rotation. Jacob waited on us. It was pouring down rain and we had walked over to a local restaurant while the tire work was being done. Jacob drove our vehicle over to us then walked back to discount tire in the rain. Above and beyond on customer service! Thanks Jacob"

"Ordered a set of tires for my son’s truck over the phone told the guy what size and brand he said no problem and called me the next day and told me they were in. I told him that it would be Saturday before I could get there and he said that would be fine. We arrive a few minutes before my appointment and the guy seems to be a manager or something he was wearing a red shirt different from everybody else. He tells me he can’t sale me the tires because his computers says they will not fit my truck. Well I have the exact same tires on the truck already. So needless to say I won’t be going back there or recommending them to anyone."
