"Beware of this location!!! I dropped off my cell phone return here worth $830.00. I had a prepaid QR code my carrier provided me that the clerk scanned, I handed him my phone and it was never seen again. I tracked the label and it said the package was never dropped off even though I handed it to him directly. I cannot file a claim myself because i’m not the purchaser of the label. I spoke with my carrier and they stated they’ve been hearing of many cases similar to mine. It’s a scam being done by associates to take your item and make it look like you never dropped it off. This will definitely be on their cameras if they have them. It has created a nightmare with billing issues for me with my carrier. I’m thinking I may need to file a police report at this point. If this happens to you make sure you have the phones IMEI number blacklisted immediately! I wish I could rate zero stars! Will never go to this location again! Update: I emailed the owner and received no response.. I’ve been ignored for more than 3 weeks now."

"I don't quite understand the rating for this UPS store. I have been to a lot in another state as well. I can honestly say this one is the best. They greet you as you walk in. They SEE you if there is a line. They help, answer questions and provide as much information as possible. They are courteous and friendly. Keep up the excellent work. So good to see this.
