"So far, so good! This location is incredibly convenient for us since we live in Seven Hills and previously had to drive 20 minutes (not bad in the grand scheme of things) to get to the old UPS store we used. Staff is friendly enough. Typically, the issues I may have with UPS have very little to do with the local store and more to do with a delayed package which the store has no control over."

"Horrible customer service, worst I have ever experienced at any UPS store! The “owner” Lisa is awful. They think convenience will be enough to keep them busy and seem to care less about customer service but there are so many ups stores around this area with better service. I would happily go out of my way to go to any other UPS store in the future."

"Use to be a huge fan of this location however I just received a call from Lisa, informing me a package I shipped in May, was returned to them. Then she proceeded to tell me it will cost $5-$10 to pick up. She said "that is what they get charged for returns". After calling a few other UPS locations, I was told that, that is incorrect and they should not be charging a pick up fee. You don't get your shipping cost refunded, but there are no fees!"

"Staff and service was friendly and prompt. They lost me when they charged $2.50 to put one piece of tape on the top of a 7" box. Im sure it is a corporate mandate to charge for that, but there are other local options that have provided me with an overall better customer experience."

"Omg I love love the customer service here, Telly and Lisa were just so AMAZING!!!! I went in very confused as I needed to get my I-9 form reverified and they were able to help me in a very timely fashion. These two associates gave me that old school good old service with a smile. I will definitely be a customer going forward."
