"Once again Joel did a great job keeping his word and giving a very fair price to get one of our cars working well again. We brought our own parts (coils & spark plugs) and he did the labor quickly as promised. Even drove my adult son to the nearby parts store to exchange one coil that turned out to be a bad part) -- and that was when they should've gone to lunch but rather than make us hang around & wait they took care of it promptly! Then they wouldn't even take a tip :( Joel & crew have a great sense of fairness, kindness & compassion, and knowledge to get the job done right. I previously got my brakes sorted out by them when I was about to hit the road on a 500 mile trip & things weren't right after a different guy - friend of the family - did work. They understood the urgency & got it done fast & great price. I decided then they have my loyalty! I sure appreciate him and his crew! Our son's Prius with nearly 300k miles on it is purring like a kitten again. Will soon bring it back for some body work too!"
