"My wife, myself, and our infant stayed here last weekend, along with most of the wedding party for two friends' wedding and had an overall great experience. The staff was kind, helpful, and communicative, there was plenty of parking, immediate walking access to the strip on Broad Street/downtown, the rooms were clean and spacious, and our experience was, overall, great! There's a bar on the ground floor that's open until midnight with friendly bartenders that really know how to pour a drink, and it was a great space to grab a night cap after the reception. If we're back in Rome and staying overnight again, we'll be staying here!"

Miss Ada Roberson is an absolute treasure. She originally handled our room block and was extremely helpful and communicative. The staff was so kind and attentive (hey Miguel!!). We made welcome bags for our guests and they were placed in every room so seamlessly. The staff even had a welcome sign in the lobby for us as a surprise. Please, tell everyone about the Hawthorn in Rome!!!!!"

"Very nice experience. Large rooms, great staff. Great location. Breakfast was very good and worth the extra $8. Fresh. Bar was nice also, generous pour and food helpings. Convenient to downtown. Only caution is the streets are a bit noisy so pick your room on the parking lot or river side. Great exercise room. Bike rentals."
