"Fast, accurate, reasonable and friendly"
"Incompetent. Filed with QQT on Feb 6th. After waiting 3 weeks for my return I called to see what the hold up was. To which I was told 'We don't know We'll call you back soon and see about it' FOUR HOURS LATER they call back and notify me that my return was never sent because, for some unknown reason that no one was able to explain, my return had been placed in a 'stack' to be held by QQT. So, here I am now 6 weeks after filing still waiting on my return, and confident that I will never return to this business. Inept. This business should be avoided at a costs. Paying for a service that can't keep simple paperwork in order and is thereby costing myself and I'm sure others as well, their money. You're better off filing somewhere else. H&R Block, TurboTax, Credit Karma, it doesn't matter. File with your drunk aunt that can't do basic addition over this collective group of sun-baked dog mess."
