Creekside Laundry Mat

"This place has really gone down hill. It never used to look like this. This is one of the worst condition matts I have ever been in. I used to do my laundry here all the time (when it was clean and well kept), and today is gonna be the last time. Half the machines were outta order, no soap in the soap dispensers and no paper towels (I couldn't wash my hands when I went to the bathroom), and that's not even the worst part. The condition of the matt was shocking. My brother went to go sit on the bench and didn't because of how nasty it was. There was dust, mold, hair, grass, and unidentified liquids/debris everywhere. The insides and outsides of the machines were disgustingly dirty. I don't know if it's even safe to breathe the air in there. My brother said there was a strong smell of propane coming from the dryers, and we both also smelled mold. My brother and I watched the owner come in to check on his laundry and look at something at the bottom of the entrance door. He displayed zero interest in the condition of the matt. He didn't dust, mop, or do anything to improve the cleanliness here. My brother also saw a baby roach crawling on one of the machines."

"Needed to do daughter's laundry bc her washer broke (she's a new mom) & facility was close by. Nasty laundry mat but prices were good. Outdated decor but I was there to wash clothes so no big deal. Just want others who this may matter to, to know. A ton of machines are out of order. No attendant on site. $1.75 a load in regular washer (some washers are $2). $4 for a double load. Can start the dryer with just .25 cent for 6 minutes. Would go back again for pricing and convenience. Other local laundry mats that she had used in the past, are much more expensive. Starting at $3.00 a load and $7.00 for doubles."

"Started out with a wonderful experience at this laundry mat. But my last visit made me do a 3 star rating. The 2nd big washer notes do not over load, so I put a very small load in and it did not spin out so it cost me an extra $4 to rewash. The bathroom has no paper towels, the cigarette container outside is over flowing. The trash cans are full. And no number to contact anywhere"

"This laundry mat used to be half way decent but my experiences lately have left me... exhausted. Many machines are out of order and I've lost at least five dollars in detergent that I've never received. I'm not the only person complaining about this, and don't want to complain because they're nice people, but I hope the owners will see this and understand that I still want to do business them, but not if I keep losing hard earned money that I work for. I don't mind paying a little extra for cleaner clothes. Thank you."

"Cleanest and Nicest Laundry Mat I've ever been to. The owners are the so nice and helpful. I will not go to any other place to do Laundry. It's a longer commute for me, but I'd rather do business with these guys, than anyone else."
